The amendment permanently lists the above places in the Schedule to the Heritage Overlay and defines them on Heritage Overlay maps to the Greater Dandenong Planning Scheme  with the exception of HO47 - Sherwood Lodge - at 109-143 Perry Rd  Keysborough  which is deleted from the Schedule to Clause 43.01 and the Planning Scheme Maps. A modification to HO41 - The Ranges - at 17-19 Macpherson and 86-88 Clow Streets  Dandenong is made to delete the Heritage Overlay from applying to the rear lot at 86-88 Clow Street  Dandenong. The amendment also revises the Schedule to Clause 81 - Incorporated Documents by including the Dandenong Primary School (1403) incorporated plan into the Schedule. The amendment also makes slight changes to the Gillette Factory incorporated plan.
