The new policy establishes a 100% overall and 65% minimum compliance with the stormwater quality requirements for development. Developments will be assessed using the MUSIC assessment tool or equivalent to determine compliance. When 100% compliance cannot be achieved an off-set measure will be available to make up that portion of compliance above 65% not achieved on-site. Applications that do not achieve the minimum 65% on-site requirement will be refused.
